There're material culture,system culture,psychological culture and information culture in the culture construction of libraty.The core of library material culture is material variety and its movable balance.There's great significance in library system construction with library culture being symblise to reason.The library psychological culture consists of image,morality,professional spirit,occupational mission,values,etc.
