Abstract
With an analysis of the necessity of lifelong learning and an illustration of the idea and meaning of the establismnt of a lifelong education system,this paper puts forward a design for colleges to reform their educational mechanism.This paper also emphasizes the status and fuctions of adult education in lifelong education.
