Effects of Bailing capsule combined with Irbesartan on the patients with membranous nephritic syndrome

Objective To investigate the influence of Bailing capsule combined with Irbesartan on the patients with idiopathic membranous nephritic(IMN) syndrome and immunologic function.Methods 76 patients of IMN were randomly divided into two groups,the control group was treated with irbesartan,and the treatment group was treated with irbesartan combined with Bailing capsule.After 3 months of treatment 24 h urinary protein excretion,serum albumin(Alb) and Cr level were observed before and after treatment and T lymphocyte subsets was analyzed.Results After 3 months,24 hours urine protein and Cr level of two groups were all dropping,albumin were all rising,but the change of the treatment group was more obvious.There was statistically significant difference between two groups on T lymphocyte subsets after treatment(P 0.05).The level of CD3 and CD4 in treatment group was raised compared with that of control group,CD8 was dropped,and the decrease of CD4 / CD8 was obvious.Conclusion The combination therapy of Bailing capsule and irbesartan can obviously decrease 24 hours urine protein and rise albumin,enhance immunity.
