Abstract

In the fields of Criminology and Criminal Law,the is not a meaning-unified concept.Crime investigation should be conducted on the basis of natural behavior, which is the bottom line of examining criminal behavior. In order to unify the definition of behavior, criminology and criminal should change. On the basis of scientific naming, three questions need dealing with: Firstly,we should scientifically set behavior model and reasonably stipulate specific criminal counts;secondly,we should draft rules in the application of behavior model;thirdly,we should develop theories that direct the construction of the model and the application of the theories, and reveal the regularity that guides transforming the scattered dynamic into the static behavior that can be judged by criminal law norms.
