Consideration of Prevention on Blue Algae Incident in Taihu Lake

The main reasons of water pollution(eutrophication)in Taihu lake were analyzed.Conditions in which blue algae easily forming and gathering under certain weather were also pointed out.In order to prevent blue algae incident,some precautionary measures such as governing nutrient input of lake body,reducing nutrient release from inner source,controlling water entering in whole valley,setting up a comprehension system for bloom forecast were suggested.
