Requirements of HVAC for Green Building

Abstract

Green buildings are gradually becoming mature from 1990s.HVAC energy consumption accounts for a large proportion of the total building energy consumption and is critical to the implementation of green building.The possible strategies in the HVAC design,construction,inspection,operation management for meeting green building requirements are discussed,based on LEED NC Green Building evaluation criteria and Chinese criteria.
