Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of laparoscopic myomectomy. Methods:The clinical data of 68 patients receiving laparoscopic myomectomy(laparoscope group) from June 2008 to December 2009 were analyzed retrospectively,68 patients receiving transabdominal myomectomy(laparotomy group) at the same time were selected randomly for comparison and analysis. The amounts of blood loss during operation, the sizes of hysteromyoma, the operation times, the recovery situations after operation, the application times of postoperative antibiotics and hospitalization times after operation in the two groups were compared. Results:There was no significant difference in the amount of blood loss during operation and operation time between the two groups(P0.05).The anal exhaust time after operation, the application time of postoperative antibiotics, the time of ambulation after operation and the hospitalization time after operation in laparoscope group were significantly shorter than those in laparotomy group(P0.05).Conclusion:Compared with transabdominal myomectomy, laparoscopic myomectomy has the advantages of minimal wound and rapid recovery, which is a minimally invasive surgery and worthy to be popularized.
