Abstract
This paper compares the government RD expenditure among some developed countries and newly industrialized nations.The government RD expenditure is an important measare to drive the RD input in the whole country and enhance the strength of the country.The international experiences are the scale of the government RD expenditure decides the RD expenditure in the whole country,and new industrialization countries should have a more rapid increase of the RD expenditure than GDP.The strength of the government RD expenditure in China is not enough,increasing the government RD expenditure has been the most important task.
