Abstract
To make use of torreya grandis seed kernel as material, extraction technology of oil from the seed kernel by supercritical carbon dioxide fluid was studied by using single factor and orthogonal experiments. Results indicated that the optimum extraction pressure was 30MPa,extraction temperature was 40℃,the flow rate of CO2 was 25L/h,extraction time was 3h.Under the above process conditions, the extraction yield of torreya grandis seed kernel oil reached a maximum at 47.19%.The effects of four key factors on extraction yield of oil declined in the following order:extraction pressureextraction temperatureextraction durationthe flow rate of CO2.
