Study on the Effect of Biological Organic Fertilizer on Soil Fertility and Winter Wheat Yield

The alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter being taken as the experimental factors to reflect soil fertility and the number of grains per spike and the thousand-grain-weight being taken as the testing factors to reflect winter wheat yield,the method of field experiment was adopted to study the effect of biological-organic fertilizer on soil fertility and the yield of winter wheat.The result showed that the content of alkali-hydrolytic nitrogen,available phosphorus,available potassium and organic matter increased significantly,the capacity of nutrient supplying in soil and the yield of winter wheat was improved with the application of biologicalorganic fertilizer.Soil fertility and the yield of winter wheat improved with increasing biological-organic fertilizer in fixed range.
