Abstract
There are different kinds of method for the evaluation of lake's eutrophication.But the results from these evaluation methods can't be compared.And it is difficult to give a reasonable evaluation for the effective treatment and management of lake eutrophication.Through analyze and assessment the existing evaluation method,on the basis of Environmental Quality Standards for Surface Water,this paper put forward a comprehensive evaluation method.This method combine water quality assessment and eutrophication index assessment.It has been applied in lakes and reservoirs evaluation in Hefei City(including western Chaohu lake).The results show it can not only compare the eutrophication degree of different lakes,but also can analyze the spatial and temporal variation for a special lake.It is a reasonable evaluation method for lake eutrophication.It can be used to analyse the causes of eutrophication and provide scientific and overall base for decision-making.
