The Design and Application of the Fieldbus Technology in Steel Industry

This article describes the design and application of the PROFIBUS-DP fieldbus technology in the steel industry,a brief introduction on the fieldbus and advantages in field bus technology in the steel industry raw materials,sintering,blast furnace,converter,continuous casting and rollingline application,an example of the design,installation,commissioning and maintenance of every aspect of the analysis.Fieldbus system only from the site work environment,equipment selection,network architecture aspects of the rigorous and comprehensive consideration of design,strict implementation of the installation standard specifications of the PROFIBUS fieldbus system,in order to improve the PROFIBUS field bus technology in the steel industry in the use of reliable and stability.
