Lacking moral rationality is the main cause of the partial failure of medical system in China.Instead of solving market or planned dispute or to eradicate corruption,medical system reform should focuse more on ethical issues.The reform and reconstruction of medical system of China needs more moral rationality.Justice and efficiency are the main principles that medical reform should follow and the most important problem that should be concerned is how to distribute limited medical resources justly.it is reflected in every aspect of medical system.
