Abstract
This article,based on summarizing enterprise competitive ability concept already at home and abroad,combining development and evolution of enterprise competitive idea as well as new enterprise global competitive practice background,proposed new concept of international competitive ability,namely the enterprise international competitive ability is ability participating in allocation of resources in international range.This concept has vital significance to construct enterprise international competitive ability appraisal system and guide enterprise participating in international competition under new international competitive environment.
