Abstract
B_(9431),a dwarf inbred line, and 'Jilinchangjiao',a tall inbred line, were employed to establish six genealogical populations,P_1,F_1,P_2,B_1,B_2 and F_2 the plant heights of the populations were analyzed by means of the major gene +polygene mixed inheritance model of quantitative traits; The analysis indicated that the inheritance of the plant height followed the one pair of major genes + polygene inheritance model, the trait of tall stalk appeared to dominate over the trait of dwarf stalk, the potential ration and dominance degree of F_1 plant height were 0.39 and 0.91,respectively.The heritability of the major genes in B_1,B_2 and F_2 were separately 20.35%,17.20% and 35.29%,and their polygene heritability were separately(5.08)% and 19.75% and zero %;The effect of the major genes appeared negatively additive and was estimated to be -6.43 and their dominant effect was estimated to be zero; The polygene additive and dominant effects were estimated to be-8.89 and 9.77.furthermore,there existed a certain difference between the major gene and polygene effects, the major gene additive effect being approximately 72.33% times as much as the polygene additive effect, the major gene dominant effect being zero and regulated by polygene inheritance.
