Research on the Optimization and Adjustment of the Rural Industrial Structure for the New Period

Through the long-term practice on the rural work and investigation on the development of rural economy,based on the requirements of rural industrial economical development in the current domestic and international circumstances,the author analysed the present situation and the dynamic changes of the rural industrial structure of Henan Province as well as of the whole country,put forward the guiding ideology,principles and targets of the adjustment of rural industrial structure,and on these grounds,raised the basic ideas and direction of rural indutrial structure adjustment,agricultural industrial structure adjustment and crop structure adjustment,and provided scientific reference for the decision-making on the rural economic development.
