Abstract

Identity, space and time were endowed with new concepts in the post -colonial literature. Their actual influence survived in those post- colonial literatures after the colonies disappeared. This paper analyzes identity, the sense of space and time reflected in some Canadian and South African novels, with the purpose of providing some insights into the post - colonial literature.
