Abstract

[Objective]To explore the impact of nursing intervention on anxiety and depression of psoriasis patients.[Method]50 patients with psoriasis were randomly divided into intervention group and control group. Patients in the intervention group received routine care and those in the control group received holistic nursing. Appling Self — Rating Anxiety Scale and Self — Rating Depression Scale to the two groups of patients with score respectively before and after intervention.[Results]By comparison analysis showed that there was significant difference in anxiety and depression of patients between the two groups after the different nursing intervention. (P 0.01 ).[Conclusion]Anxiety and depression can be improed obviously by implementing holistic nursing intervention to psoriasis patients.
