Abstract
In the light of many hot test measurement in the furnace of a 75t/h circulating fluidized bed(CFB) boiler at different operating conditions,the profiles of the solid suspension density along the height of the furnace were given in present work.On the basis of this,a model was developed for the heat balance of the circulating fluidized bed boiler at different operating conditions,with focuses on coal combustion fraction in different zones of the furnace.Through calculation of solid balance and heat balance,the distributions of coal combustion fraction of each zone were analyzed,and also the transition of operating modes from fast bed to bubbling bed was known clearly with the load of CFB boiler changing from full to part.The present work may provide technical support for the study of dynamic property and simulation of CFB boiler.
