Abstract

This paper introduces a vacuum-degree signal acquisition management and interface display system based on LabVIEW. This system uses LabVIEW to realize the control of the hardware system developed by self, data acquisition and processing, graphic display and operation, data storage and the management. The purpose of the high precision checkout for the vacuum-degree is achieved. The effect in practice is very well.
