Ethic of System:"Systematization" Medium of Transformation of Ethic Resources

The transformation of China's ethic resources into modern ones are rooted in the present ethic life.The features of its transformation includes basis of ethic life,platform of subject's free innovation,and changes of ethic resources.Ethic of system has two levels of both supporting theory and being supported by theory,two premises of virtues from managers and members,two functions of encouragement and restrictions,two forms of logic and practice.When logic form is close to practice,it's possible for ethic of system to change from its traditional resources of ethic to modern ones.
