Abstract
During the in-situ polymerization, solvent oil as the core of the microcapsules, the urea-melamine- formaldehyde resin as the shell of the microcapsules.Firstly the system is alkaline, then it changes to acidic. Using condensation polymerization process adding system modifier,10~20μm and 93% microcapsules were obtained. The microcapsules have smooth shell. The microcapsules apply to rubber pressure adhesive, the produces have good performance.
