Abstract
Rotigotine transdermal patch is approved by the US FDA for the treatment of early Parkinson's disease.It is the first available transdermal patch for this disease.It can delivery drug through the skin to maintain 24-h plasma levels stably and stimulate dopamine receptor continuously.This paper reviewed the mechanism,pharmacokinetics,pharmacodynamics,clinical studies,drug interactions and adverse reactions of rotigotine transdermal patch.
