The Clinical Analysis of Surgical Treatment for 362 Cases Lung Cancer Patients

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of the surgical treatment on patients suffering from lung cancer,prevent and reduce postoperative complications and improve the quality of life of patients.Methods 362 cases of lung cancer received operation,of which 20 left total pneumonectomy(resection rateS.52%),9 right total pneumonectomy(resectionrate2.49%),225lunglobectomy(resectionrate70.44%),23lun-g sleeve lobectomy(resection rate 6.35%),31pneumonoresection(resection rate 8.56%),24exploratory surgery(6.63%).Results postoperative complications were found in 20cases,of which 13 pulmonary atelectasises,7 pleural infections, no bronchopleural fistula and chylothorax,the average hospital days were (12.4±3.8)d.Conclusion The operation was the best choice for lung cancer patient.Full preoperative preparations with appropriate time and procedure was considered to prolong the life of patients.
