Abstract

Objective:To investigate clinical features and treatment of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection, which made guidance for clinical treatment.Method:One hundred and seventy-four children with recurrent respiratory tract were selected as group A in our hospital from March 2009 to March 2013 and 149 children with acute respiratory tract infection were selected as group B,the clinical etiology, clinical incentives, clinical symptoms, incidence of all ages and outpatient cure rate of two groups were compared and analyzed.Result:The clinical cause between two groups was statistically significant(P0.05);There were statistically significant differences between the two groups of children inducement(P0.05);In addition to cough and runny nose, the clinical symptoms of two groups was not significant difference(P0.05);The incidence of all ages was not significant difference(P0.05);The outpatient cure rate of group A(74.14%)was lower than that of group B(93.96%),the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:The outpatient cure rate of pediatric recurrent respiratory tract infection is low and we should develop a reasonable treatment plan.
