Abstract

In this paper, a formed ball reamer is described which is used for machining ball socket in deep place.Generally speeking, a reamer consists of flowing four parts: (1)diameter and tolerance; (2)number of tool teeth; (3)slot form of reamer; (4)arrangement of tool teeth. The reamer consists of above four parts also, but, during use, resharping of the reamer and reasonable selection of cutting speed and feed rate must be taken into consideration.
