Abstract
Land is one of the most important natural resources for human existence and development.It plays a crucial role in the sustainable development of human society.Of all the factors affecting land sustainable use,urbanization is the most important one Based on the characters of Fuzhou's urbanization and the changes in land use,this paper put forward the problems in land use:Large areas of land are occupied by construction;the efficiency of construction land is low;the configuration of urban land use is unreasonable;the coexistence of over use of land the land idling.The paper also suggests some methods promote the land use,such as how to use the land sccenlefecally and effectively,promoting and how enhance land management.
