Influence of the Difficulty of Employment on College Students' Psychology and the Countermeasures

Since the implementation of the mutual or independent job choice,the phenomenon of the difficulty of the college students' employment has become the social focus.The difficultly of employment may help the college students improve their ability of solving problems,but it also exerts negative influence on college students' psychology which we cannot neglect.
