Abstract
Effects of anionic, cationic and nonionic surfactants on the properties of( Ni-P)-nano( Si C)P electroless composite coating were studied by orthogonal experiments, suitable types of the surfactants were determined, and the( Ni-P)-nano( Si C)Pelectroless composite coating was prepared,. Morphology of the coating was observed by SEM,and composition of the coating was tested by EDS. Results showed that the anionic surfactant was advantageous to the co-deposition of nano-particles and Ni-P alloy, the obtained coating was uniform, compact and had high hardness.
