Collecting the 8 Indexes of the tourism and economic social development of Henan in 2005-2011,useing the grey theory,the author finds the best and worst,characteristic behaviour alignment and the relevance factor alignment:The level of the economic social development has the greatest impact on the tourism income in Henan.The total volume of retail sales of the has a close relationship with the tourism economy.The Enger coefficient is defeated relevance to the tourism economy.The grey forecast explains that the 8 Indexes of tourism and economic social development of Henan has the tendency of linear increase.
