Clinical Prevention of Thoracolumbar Anterior Operation Complications

Objective To thoracic lumbar spinal anterior surgery complications for research and analysis. Method From March 2009 to June 2012, total thoracic lumbar spinal anterior surgical treated 96 cases of patients, with 16 patients in the postoperative complications, the patients with preoperative and postoperative CT and X-ray examination. Results In 16 patients with complications, including patients with retroperitoneal chylous fluid leak in 2 cases, 2 cases for the incisional hernia complications, 2 cases of pneumothorax, 4 cases of deep vein thrombosis embolism, pneumonia merger pleural effusion in 2 cases. After targeted therapy on the patients, cured discharged from hospital. Conclusion Find out patients with thoracic lumbar spinal anterior surgery complications, can effectively prevent and avoid complications, effective treatment for the patients.
