On the Value and Legal Foundation of Family Litigation Procedure

Abstract

Family litigation procedure is a judicial process which is applied to the handling of family disputes.Many countries and areas have prescribed family litigation procedure as a particular part in their civil procedure because it is quite different from the normal civil procedures.With increasing concern with the protection of human fights,the construction of family litigation procedure in China will enrich the theories and promote the practice of civil procedure in our country.
