Stellate ganglion block combined with modified cervical paravertebral nerve block in the treatment of cervicogenic

Objective On cervicogenic headache patients with stellate ganglion block combined with modified cervical paravertebral nerve block for treatment,in order to seek the effective treatment method,reduce the patient's pain.Methods 108 cases of patients with cervicogenic headache choice,according to the different treatment methods to study group and control group,each group of 54 cases.The study group with stellate ganglion block and modified cervical paravertebral nerve block therapy;the control group using only the modified cervical paravertebral nerve block treatment.Results The headache degree of two groups after treatment were reduced,but the study group more light;at the same time,the two groups after treatment of cervical activity has improved,but the research group.Conclusion Stellate ganglion block combined with modified cervical paravertebral nerve block is a kind of effective treatment of cervicogenic headache,worthy of great efforts to use.
