Abstract
Since Kyoto Protocol came into effect,global carbon trading market has come into being after decades of development,It has become an important force to promote low-carbon economy development.Some developed countries in Europe and America are developing ahead of many developing countries.They have established relatively perfect carbon trading market.While Chinee carbon trading market is still at initial stage and is facing many problems and challenges in the process of construction.This paper introduces the developing features of international carbon trading market,focuses on analyzing the present situation and development of main foreign carbon trading market.On this basis,this paper discusses policy suggestion in constructing Chinese carbon trading market.
