Abstract

The Zero- Point energy in vacuum can solve the problem of the energy for MEMS. It explains the theory of Zero- Point energy and Casimir force, analyzes the Casimir force based on the configuration of two parallel boards, discusses some factors which may affect the Casimir force. At last it shows the feasibility of distilling Zero- Point energy using Casimir force.
