Abstract

Taking for example multifunctional and integrated training base construction in Nanjing Chemical College of Technology,this paper addressed the situation of training base construction and the function of training bases and the principles of the construction,and put forward an effective way of construction through integration of production,learning and research,and the involvement of experts from outside of this college.
