Abstract

The development of intra-party democracy should take the party member at the first,which needs to respect the role of party members,raise awareness of party member's democracy,strengthen and protect the party members's right to participation.Opinion expressing is inseparable from party membersr.It is inner life of intra-party democracy and nature factor to develop intra-party democracy,which is advantageous in enhancing party member's participation and building democratic environment in party.
