Abstract
A communication control system based on Industrial Ethernet+PROFIBUS-DP is designed for an acrylic fiber production line.It consists of the control layer and the local layer.At the control layer,the Industrial Ethernet communication mode is used,and the PROFIBUS-DP communication network is adopted for the local layer.Described in detail are the network settings,the realization of relative software programs,and the communication process of the PC with the PLC and the master PLC with the inverters.By comparison with the traditional communication network based on MPI in the control layer,the presented system shows a wider range of application and expansibility.
