Abstract
Tomato was treated with different concentrations of NaCl salt stress in the trough of nutrient solution. The results showed that the treatment of salt stress inhibited the growth of plant height and stalk thick, lessened the length of transverse and lengthways diameter, and reduced the yield of each plant and single fruit weight of tomato. The treatment of 0.08mol.L-1 and 0.16mol.L-1 NaCl salt stress may increase the content of Vc,total soluble solid, organic acid in tomato fruit. The treatment of 0.16mol.L-1 NaCl salt stress may increase the content of soluble sugar in tomato fruit, but the treatment of salt stress reduced the brix-acid ratio of tomato.
