Abstract
This paper proposes a design method of current-mode lowpass log-domain filter,which is derived from the transfer function.The first-order one is implemented.Based on the structure relative among first-order lowpass,highpass,and allpass filter,we design the log-domain first-order multifunction filter.The proposed filter has a simple structure.PSPICE simulations show that it has good frequency response,and it can be operated at low voltage and electronically tuned by changing an external current.
