Abstract
Objective:To study the cDNA cloning and sequencing of human survivin gene. Methods:Total RNA was extracted from fetal spleen tissue of Chinese race and the cDNA of survivin gene was amplified by reverse transcription_polymerase chain reaction(RT_PCR)from RNA template. The cDNA fragment was cloned into pUC18plasmid and sequenced by dideoxy_nucleotide chain termination method. Results:The cDNA seˉquence showed that only one base was different from that in Gene Bank, and the difference led to the change of amino acid. Conclusion:The cDNA of survivin gene was cloned successfully and one base pair different from that of other nations is found.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
