Abstract
We should take scientific concept of development as a guide,firmly foster student-oriented educational concept, enhance counselors out training,improve the effect of ideological and political education,combine higher vocational college students'daily ideological and political work and mental health education,ideological and political theory teaching and strengthening of vocational guidance,improvement of the vocational quality together to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness and results of ideological and political work.
