Abstract

The issue that whether the age of taking criminal responsibility should be reduced suitably is analyzed from three aspects:①Considering the actual situation that the minors are not mental mature enough,the age of taking criminal responsibility should not be reduced in our Country;②The practice would not get good results;③It is the adult society who is shirking the responsibility if this is the way to solve the problem.The society should not lose the confidence to educate the minor criminal,and the age of taking criminal responsibility should not be reduced.
