Abstract
Synthetic technology of cross-linked starch was studied with potato starch as the raw material, phosphorous oxychloride as the cross-linked reagent at the range of pH from 8 to 12 in this paper. The influence of reaction time, reaction temperature, pH, concentration of starch slurry and amount of phosphorous oxychloride on synthetic technology of cross-linked starch was investigated. The better technology conditions were obtained.
