Reform on Sports Management System in the Vision of Public Service Equalization

Under public service equalization,China has gained some experience from sports management system reform,such as narrowing down the development gap between different regions, cities and countryside by way of income compensation; emphasizing the leading role of the government,integrating sports resources and expanding the public sports service,encouraging and attracting market forces into public sports service,etc.For public sports service development in China,the following needs to be done:(1)highlight the importance of equalization and supervision in public sports service development;(2)make rational allocation of administrative and financial power among the government departments and increase the investment on public sports service;(3)expand public sports service and promote social justice;(4)strengthen sports benefit compensation and intensify sports resource integration;(5)establish governmentdominant diversification and enhance the cultivation ofthe third department;(6)set up national standards for public sports equalization and construct multi-evaluation system.
