Abstract

The main body of the new socialism rural reconstruction is the farmer;the key of modernized countryside is the farmer's modernization.However,Without the new idea,there is no new farmer;and without new farmer,there is no new countyside.It can be said that the key of the new rural reconstruction is to mold farmer's modern value ideas of independent consciousness,equal consciousness,principal part consciousness,market and opening consciousness,right consciousness,legal consciousness and so on.
