We can抰 get the correct answer why the Constitution has the extreme character, if we discuss it from the view of the questions what the Constitution regulates or the special status of it. The reason that the Constitution has the extreme character is that the Constitution is the most important code of law and politics. Meanwhile, the Constitution shows that the State makes the greatest efforts on combining the law with the morality.
