Abstract

For selecting more effective pesticides, the indoor toxicity tests and field experiments on control effect of 5 pesticides to Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were conducted in 2002. The toxicity testing results showed that the pesticides in order of relative toxicity indexes to Myzus persicae (Sulzer) were: imidaclopridabamectin acetamiprid alphacypermehrin dimethoate. The field experiment results showed that the 70% imidacloprid at a dilution of 15000,1.8% abamectin at a dilution of 3000 and 3% acetamiprid at a dilution of 1500 had better, longer and stabler control effects, and the corrected control effects in 7 days after application was 99.74%,99.67% and 99 90%,respectively.
