Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of rabeprazole combined with mosapride on gastroesophageal reflux disease(GERD).Methods Totally 116 patients with GERD in our department were divided into two groups randomly, each group had 58 patients.Patients in the observation group were treated with Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride, the control group were treated with Ranitidine combined with Mosapride. The frequency of clinical symptoms and the severity of symptoms and the clinical effect of the two groups were compared. Results The frequency of clinical symptoms and the severity of symptoms were significantly lower in the two group 8 weeks after the treatment than before, the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P0.01);In comparison with the control group, total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher(P0.05);Conclusions Rabeprazole combined with Mosapride is a safe and efficient treatment method of GERD.
