PLC controller is used commonly in industrial automation control field and The efficiency of production can be improved greatly using PLC to control special machine.The program of hardware circuit is designed using PLC based on the research of machining progress and operating characteristics of special machine.The control ladder is designed using Sequential Function Chart method and the whole process of the control system is realized by debugging and the Automatic control is completed,
